Payment Information
Payment for services is the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full at the end of each treatment session. Taxes are not applicable to therapy services.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment for any cancellation/rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a 50% charge, and no-shows result in a 100% charge of the therapy fee.
Please note:
School therapy cancellations require parental responsibility to inform the school therapy coordinator in case of field trips, events, or exams on the therapy session day.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late for appointments will result in a full session fee charge, and the session will not extend beyond the scheduled time.
Currency and Payment Options
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, payment link (credit card), cash (in clinic), and credit/debit card (in clinic). Please note that American Express credit cards are not accepted. Payment for packages must be made in advance, and therapy will be paused if package renewal is not completed by the end of the current package.
Refund/Reimbursement Policy
In the event of a refund request, charges apply based on the total package price. Completed sessions will be charged at the regular rate, and this amount will be deducted from the reimbursement. This policy is subject to management discretion.
